Sometimes, astral entities will attach to our energy fields. During moments of fear or need, we may make agreements with them for some aspect of comfort on our part while they live vicariously through us. These agreements often are made unconsciously. These exchanges seldom are for the good of the entity or us. They often feed on various types of addictions, whether for substances or people. Some really enjoy anger & violence & often spur arguments so they can feed off the karmic energy produced, adding to the intensity of the situation. Sometimes, a relationship between people can be actual relationships between the entities attached to them.
Releasing these entities into the Light is always beneficial. They need to move onto their next stage of spiritual growth. You need to free yourself from their influence. This Entity Release is good practice in any "spiritual hygiene" program. Releasing on a regular basis can make sure no entities have "sneaked" into your fields.
NOTE: You can only release agreements that you yourself have made with these entities. You cannot release agreements for other people.

From the moment you begin the entity release, assume that any feelings or thoughts may not be your own. Boredom, spaciness, resistance, "this stuff never works", anger, aches & pains, and grief may all be coming from entities. Identify them and send them on: "Entity holding resistance, go into the Light NOW!" Toning is very helpful to ease their release. When you feel clearer or lighter, ask Michael to take the tunnel back to the Fifth Dimension.
