Quantum Touch & Reiki Healing Sessions
For the last year or so, I’ve been telling anyone who would listen that the greatest gift I’ve ever given myself was the gift of Reiki. Recently, I’ve had to amend that. After relearning Quantum Touch, I now say that the greatest gift I’ve ever given myself is the gift of energy healing. Both of them have had such a profound influence on my own life.
I learned all three levels of Reiki in 1989 & ‘90. In the early 2000s, I had an opportunity to learn Quantum Touch at a workshop in St Louis. At that time, I wasn’t drawn to being certified as a practitioner, but I did add some of the QT breathing & sweeping exercises to my Reiki sessions over the years. In 2023, I felt very drawn to jumping back into QT & was able to take a level 1 class on the last two days of the year. What a fantastic way to say good-bye to the old year & herald in the new!
Both Reiki & Quantum Touch embrace the principle that the practitioner acts as a facilitator rather than a "healer." Ultimately healing comes from within the individual rather than being something imposed from an external source.
For practitioners, both modalities encourage us to deepen our connections to the spiritual essence of life. This is accomplished by focusing attention on the flow of universal life force energy and remaining fully present in the moment. Practitioners serve as conduits for this energy.
My approach to healing is connecting you with your own ability to heal in a holistic & compassionate way. I will guide the energy flow through gentle touch, hovering hands or through distance healing. I will respect your needs & beliefs while fostering a safe & supportive environment. As the energy empowers you, you will find the key to self-discovery & true healing.
All of my energy healing sessions are "turbo-charged Reiki" -- a combination of Quantum Touch & Reiki.
Other training I’ve completed throughout the decades include hypnotherapy, past-life regression, Karuna Reiki, inner child work & manifesting to name just a few. A really powerful course that I also took teacher training in & taught for several years was Awakening Your Light Body developed by Sanaya Roman & Duane Packer along with their guides Orin & DaBen.
I am available for healing sessions in person in Belleville IL & Brentwood MO or via Zoom, FaceTime, or phone.
